The physician

I am Dr. Maha Abboud, board-certified in endocrinology, internal medicine and obesity medicine. For thirty years I treated the hardest cases in hormones and weight. During COVID I watched the healthy recover and the sick struggle, and I stopped accepting that we wait until people are ill to help them. I spent a year travelling and studying what actually works, then built Qua around it. Every supplement, every treatment, every machine here, I try on myself first. If it is good for me, it is good for my patients.

No. It starts with your hormones and metabolism. Medication is one tool, used when it fits, with monthly follow-ups.
